Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Calculator
This section is capable of calculating the amount of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needed by a hospital to safely treat CoViD19 patients.
This calculation is based on CDC's calculation [1].
Note that the CDC calculation was originally designed for Ebola but here it is converted to be used for CoViD19
This panel breaks down the various amount of PPE needed for a single CoViD19 patient based on various hospital staff and hospitalization duration as displayed in a stacked bar chart

To use the advanced setting adjust the slder for each of the various roles to the desired required of PPE needed.

This section calculates the weekly 7 day burn rate [2] for PPE for a hospital to determine how fast your facility uses PPE.
NOTE if you receive a resupply of PPE do not add it to the calcuator as it will disrupt the calculation. Continue following oriingla supply entered in day 1.
